DOT Exam Submission Management

Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine allows users to track and manage DOT Exam submission results. Select the on the top tool bar to display the following window:

This window will display information and the status of DOT exam results. Results can be filtered with the following criteria:

Clinic: Select the desired clinic. Use the table icon to the right to choose from a list of clinics.

Provider: Select the desired provider. Use the table icon to the right to choose from a list of providers.

From / Thru dates: Select a date range to limit your search. A calendar icon to the right may be used to assist in selecting specific date ranges.

Status: Select a specific message status from the dropdown menu to have the software limit the list to that status. The default is All statuses.

• Pending - Indicates the exam has not yet been submitted.
• Submitted - Indicates the exam has been submitted and is error free. This status is further subdivided into Manual and Electronic submission.
• Errors - Indicates the message was not successfully submitted.; this could be due to technical issues with message transmission or rejection of one or more elements of the data that was submitted (see Appendix E for a list of response codes).

View DOT Exam Results: Select this button to display the DOT Exam Determination window in edit mode to correct any errors, so the results can be resubmitted.
